Fiesta Henderson, Kelly Pavlik Fight

Fiesta Henderson has Bud bottles for a buck all month long (Sept.). The fight will be aired in our Sports Book. The Bud is still $1 whether you're gambling or not! I will be there all night, hope some can stop by. Hope to see some of the gang.

What to bring to Vegas and helpful hints:

Printout of Itinerary and Vegas Map on our website. Each event on the itinerary is numbered and coordinates with our map.
Bring a Homemade name tag, Wilson attire or red clothing for the Thursday Night Icebreaker to recognize our group.
70’s Party Attire (optional) for the Saturday Night Party
Cell Phone Numbers of Committee members: John Vivo, 330.719.3869; Mike Nicholson (Harrahs) 330.565.4010; Linda Hruska Frank (Ballys) 330.881.5291; Pam Graurich Ramsey (Flamingo) 330.727.2008 and Renee DiSalvo LaCivita (Flamingo) 330.507.4868.
Flying Restrictions:
www.tsa.gov for restrictions on flying and carry-on’s.
Check on your flight 24 hrs. prior, bring a photo ID (drivers license, passport) and something with ss# on it, WHEN you hit big.
If you arrive to the hotel early, be prepared for a 3 pm check-in. Check your luggage with the concierge. If you plan to “wash up” or go to the pool, keep these items (swimsuit, etc) in a carry-on or bag for easy access.
PLEASE, DON’T BLAME US! If you show up for an event on our itinerary, and it has been cancelled or for some reason, they turn us away, we are asking that you don’t blame us. It will be beyond our control and our suggestion would be not to waste any additional time fuming and move along and continue to enjoy your vacation, as we will do the same. (Saturday night’s party prepaid party is an exception.)
ALCOHOL HINT: Someone just returned from Vegas and said that bar drinks are VERY expensive ($10 each around the pool in the Flamingo.) There is a convenient/liquor store located behind The Flamingo and in most casinos for your room. They will only allow you to bring in plastic water bottles to the pool area.
www.wilson70sreunion.blogspot.com – in case you need to get on a computer in Vegas.
CAMERAS ARE NOT PERMITTED in the Casinos or House of Blues Courtyard party.
IT STILL HOT THERE! Go to www.weather.com

Have a great, safe trip!

The Contract's been signed, here is the agreement:

Our party at the Mandalay Bay, House of Blues Courtyard on Saturday, 9/29/07 is a definite go, thanks to 58 people out there! We are all really looking forward to this and I think they've given us a very fair deal, considering the cost of drinks in a Vegas nightclub, especially in Manadalay Bay. You won't be disappointed. Here are the details of our contract:

  • We need each full name as written on a drivers license. (Nicknames or Mr. & Mrs. are not acceptable). We will contact you if we're missing this information.
  • When you arrive at the House of Blues Courtyard, there will be a line with a sign specific for our party for the prepaid attendees.
  • They will ask for your name and drivers license.
  • Only those prepaid on the list will receive a wristband.
  • NO ONE WITHOUT A WRIST BAND WILL BE PERMITTED IN OUR AREA.
  • We will order our drinks from 11pm-1am from our private bar and server only.
  • There are no cameras permitted in the House of Blues.
  • If you want something other than the premium pours as listed on our contracted menu (view details on post below), you will have to go to the general bar.
  • If you want to buy a drink for someone on the floor not from our party, you will have to go to the general bar.
  • After 1 am, our bar closes and we can get additional drinks by purchasing them at the general bar.
  • At this time, there are no refunds. However, if someone needs to sell their ticket, let us know in case someone is looking for one last minute; but we can't make any promises.

We are asking that you do not put us in an uncomfortable situation that evening by attempting to come into our area if you do not have a wristband. Thank you for understanding our situation. Looking forward to seeing you out there. We’ve done lots of planning and we are all so very looking forward to it.

ON SITE SLOT PULL AGREEMENT

We have two scheduled on our itinerary. First one takes place Fri, Sept. 28 Bill's Gambling Hall. We'll meet after the craps lessons at the bar for Bloody Mary's. Signups start at 11:30 and play begins at noon. The second slot is that same evening at 7:30 pm at the Golden Nugget downtown. Please read in advance to save time prior to the event.

Conditions to Play: You must own and posses a valid driver's license and you must be over 21 years of age.

Rules: All players shall contribute $3.00 to be used on a $1.00 designated slot machine. All players shall pull/play the slot machine in the order in which they have signed below. All players must be present for their turn or they forfeit their turn and are eliminated from participation and thereby forfeiting any winnings. Their $3.00 shall be refunded at the close of the On Site Slot Pull. Should a player find it necessary to leave the location of the On Site Slot Pull for emergency or restroom reasons, said player shall inform the player collecting the money of their departure and reason for the same. The player leaving the site shall be afforded a reasonable time to take care of business but no more than 15 minutes. Failure to do so will result in elimination from this game and forfeit any winnings and their money refunded at the close of the On Site Slot Pull.

Once Player No. 1 begins the first pull/play on the designated slot machine, the On site Slot Pull begins. Each player then takes their designated turn. Should a player hit on their turn, they agree to place winnings in a corporate pool to be divided equally according to the number of players after the last player has completed his/her turn.

Participants may enter as many times as they would like. Each $3.00 paid shall result in one pull/play. Each $3.00 counts as “a Player” for purposes of dividing winnings, (i.e. John Jones pays $9.00, he has entitled count as three players for purposes of dividing any winnings.)
